Projects

Every project I work on is driven by a passion for understanding real user needs and building thoughtful solutions. Here’s a look at some of the work I've led, from mobile innovation to smart health technology.

Agile & Lean Six Sigma Implementation in Manufacturing Operations

Team Lead

As part of my capstone at UMBC, I led a case study exploring how agile methods and DMAIC framework could be applied in high-compliance, precision OEM environments. Set at a fictional company, Ironclad Precision Inc., the story follows an operations strategist responding to a crisis involving a satellite bracket prototype. I designed and implemented an agile recovery sprint, engaging cross-functional teams under intense time and regulatory pressure. The case highlights leadership under uncertainty, rapid iteration in non-software settings, and the cultural shift required to drive lasting change.

Project Heat: Fitness App Development

Team Lead

Project Heat was an exciting opportunity to blend user-centered design with agile delivery. I worked closely with UX/UI teams to refine onboarding experiences, drove feature iterations based on user feedback, and helped enhance API-driven functionalities. These efforts directly contributed to higher customer satisfaction and stronger platform engagement.

Stryde: Smart Shoes for Health Insights

Product Lead

Stryde was a product innovation initiative where I led stakeholder interviews, crafted user stories, and guided early market research for a health-tech wearable. By combining user-driven insights with business modeling, I helped position the product for broader adoption, expanding our target market and setting the foundation for future scaling into athletic and healthcare spaces.

Smart IoT-Based Irrigation System

Technical Lead

Developed a smart IoT-based irrigation monitoring system designed to optimize water usage and enhance sustainability in agriculture. Led technical development and collaborated with users to define features that aligned with real-world farming needs, resulting in a system that saved an estimated 150 gallons of water per day.
